PHOENIX (AP) — Court records show Phoenix police have broken up another ring of luggage thieves at Sky Harbor International Airport. Sabrina Marie Zotter was arrested at her home in Mesa by police on Wednesday. Court records say the 36-year-old was caught on videotape stealing luggage at least four times between July and January.
