Can’t believe anybody would ever invest money and effort in designing and selling a so useless product like this one. Extremely difficult to open and close, so frail and flimsy as bending with a small bag. And only comfortable for using my midgets or little kids. A complete shame. Don’t buy it

I just received my luggage cart so I haven’t been able to use it yet, but this item has obviously been used and returned and was sold to me as NEW. It’s obvious the item is not NEW, since there were scratches on the body, wheels showed use and the cloth straps were dirty! This is the first item I’ve purchased that was advertised as NEW but wasn’t, but this is still very disappointing. I would return it, but I paid extra to have it shipped in two days because I’m leaving tomorrow for a trip. Now I have to use the USED item! I’m not impressed and will think twice before ordering from AMAZON again.

This is a nifty trolley - very light in weight and folds up like a spy gadget to the smallest size you can imagine.
That said, it broke the first time I used it so I am returning it. It’s rated at 50 lbs., I put 42 lbs of stuff on it and dragged it down a short hallway in my home; when I got to my destination a few rooms later, one of the two foldout legs that holds your luggage had bent at the fulcrum, which was a grey piece of plastic, already turning white from the strain.
I’d guess if you have about 25 lbs of stuff you need to haul through the airport, this would be fantastic, which is why it gets three stars from me. Great item, docked 2 stars for unrealistic load-bearing rating by Samsonite.

This product works well for rolling luggage through an airport. It’s not as handy as a carry-on with its own wheels, but who would think so - it’s made to be flexible and small and carry the weights of allowable carry-ons. It won’t do everything anyone wcould possibly want in a carrier and it probably wouldn’t last long for street use of use on stairs. But, for it’s light weight, ability to store in a carry-on, and reasonable sturdiness, it’s great and just what I needed.
